But for what use? Why a whisky in spray?
From a marketing standpoint, it's to promote the Suntory Hibiki at fairs and shows, but in fact, this atypical "jam" arouses astonishment and interest among visitors and professionals. Besides the natural comparison with perfume reinforces the image of a luxury product.
In addition to being innovative and fun, whisky spray allows a wider range of use. It can be sprayed in various cocktails, to bring a touch of its subtle aromas. But you can just use it for cooking on meat, shrimp, in sauces or desserts!
You may one day have the chance to see one of these little sprays at shows around whisky in France or elsewhere, but you will not find it on the market because at the moment it doesn't matter to Suntory to sell this product. Too bad, because it would be a great way to expand awareness of Hibiki, and to reach a new public wishing to cook dishes with japanese whisky without necessarily breaking the bank ...
