NeoBento restaurant in Paris called upon Uisuki to develop a dessert with Japanese whisky. Here comes the exclusive Nikka whisky "From the barrel" caramel cream !
NeoBento cuisine is original and balanced with fresh food cooked on the spot, and Franco-Japanese-inspired. Everything is served, on site or to take away, in a bento the traditional Japanese box used to transport a full meal (starter, main course, dessert).
Open since December 2012, NeoBento wanted to offer on its menu dishes cooked with Japanese whisky. It is therefore natural that Lionel Drugmand, the founder, and his cook Manon Bonely decided to create an original dessert : the Japanese whisky caramel cream.
Of all the Japanese whiskies available in France, Frédéric and Nicolas from Uisuki chose a whisky intense, round and generous which blends perfectly with aromas of caramel: the Nikka "From the Barrel".
